What You ll Do

• Provide expert neonatal care in a Level-III NICU with 34 beds, supporting high-risk moms and critically ill neonates
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatric specialists, and ancillary staff
• Manage complex cases in high-acuity neonatal settings
• Participate in transport services, staffing neonatal transports with a respiratory therapist and nurse
• Maintain documentation and adherence to clinical protocols
• Engage in family-centered care to provide holistic support to patients and families

What You NeedRequired:

• NNP Board Certification (FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications not accepted)
• Minimum 2+ years of NICU experience
• Active Florida license and current Florida DEA
• Proficiency with Neonatal Intensive Care procedures and protocols
• Ability to work 8- or 24-hour shifts

Preferred:

• Experience in Level-III NICU settings
• Strong team collaboration skills
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care abilities
