Chief Financial Officer, Business Services Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota Our client, a leading Upper Midwest Business Services company is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Chief Financial Officer to join their leadership team at a pivotal moment in their growth journey. Following a recent partnership with a leading private equity firm, the business is entering an exciting new phase of expansion. As CFO, you will be instrumental in shaping the financial strategy that drives that growth. About the Business Our client is the premier regional provider of Business Services. With a strong reputation built over decades, they serve mission-critical quality assurance needs for some of the most demanding customers in the region. The Role Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the private equity deal team, the CFO will own all aspects of financial leadership for the business, including: Developing and executing the company's financial strategy in support of the PE-backed growth plan Leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Overseeing accounting, audit, tax, treasury, and compliance functions Building and mentoring a high-performing finance team Supporting M&A activity, including due diligence and integration of add-on acquisitions Serving as a key business partner to the CEO and operating leadership on strategic decisions Managing relationships with lenders, auditors, and other external advisors What We're Looking For 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a senior finance leadership role Prior experience in a PE-backed environment with Exit experience Background in industrial services, distribution, or precision manufacturing an advantage Strong technical accounting knowledge (US GAAP) Proven ability to operate as both a strategic partner and hands-on operator CPA and/or MBA Base salary: $250,000 – $300,000 per year (commensurate with experience) Performance-based annual bonus Equity participation opportunity Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
