We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic financial leadership across the organization, strengthen operational efficiencies, and position the business for long-term success. This executive role will serve as a key strategic partner to Company Owners, President and other senior leaders, overseeing all financial operations while helping shape organizational strategy and business performance. What You'll Do Lead the organization's overall financial strategy, planning, and performance management Oversee accounting, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, tax strategy, and cash flow management Provide strategic financial insight and recommendations to executive leadership Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and financial models to support decision-making and growth initiatives Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance Identify opportunities to improve profitability, operational efficiencies, and financial processes Partner cross-functionally to support acquisitions, expansion strategies, and new business initiatives Lead annual budgeting and long-range financial planning processes Manage banking, financing relationships, and capital allocation strategies Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team Evaluate risk management strategies and ensure strong internal controls are in place What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field CPA, MBA, or advanced financial designation 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including executive-level oversight Previous experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, Controller, or senior finance executive Strong background in strategic financial planning, forecasting, and operational finance Experience leading accounting, FP&A, treasury, and compliance functions Exceptional analytical, leadership, and business partnership skills Experience in financial services, wealth management, insurance, or a highly regulated industry - preferred Experience in private equity strategy and mergers/acquisitions - preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial information into business strategy Our Benefits Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits 4 weeks of accrued PTO, plus 9 paid holidays Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) 8 hours of paid volunteer time off (VTO) A collaborative team that values expertise, initiative, and growth Why You'll Love Working Here We set high expectations, but we back them with support, collaboration, and opportunities to grow.
