Account Manager – Entry Level B2B Sales Atlas Hartmann is a B2B sales consulting firm specializing in customer acquisition, account development, and market expansion. We partner with established brands to connect their products and services directly with the businesses they are designed to serve. Our team currently represents a global leader in e-commerce and technology, supporting the growth of its business platform for small and mid-sized companies. As we continue expanding throughout South Florida, we're looking for motivated, career-driven individuals to join our Miami–Fort Lauderdale team as Account Managers. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, working directly with customers, and developing their skills in sales, business development, and account management. As an Account Manager, you'll work directly with business owners and key decision-makers to understand their business needs, introduce relevant products and services, and develop new business accounts within an assigned territory. You'll be responsible for managing the customer acquisition process, delivering personalized presentations, and establishing strong relationships with business clients. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity offering hands-on training, professional development, and opportunities for career advancement. Previous B2B sales experience is not required. Develop and manage new business accounts within an assigned territory Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate business solutions Manage the account acquisition process from initial introduction through enrollment Maintain professional relationships with new business customers Organize daily account activity, customer follow-ups, and territory opportunities Monitor individual performance goals and account development metrics Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve customer acquisition strategies Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required ~0–4 years of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, serving, customer service, or another customer-facing role ~ Comfortable building relationships and engaging with business professionals ~ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently ~ Interest in business development, account management, and professional growth ~ Previous B2B sales or account management experience is a plus, but not required Communication and relationship building Customer service and client engagement Organization and time management B2B sales or business development Customer acquisition Account management Direct sales or territory management Compensation includes guaranteed pay and uncapped commission opportunities, with additional incentives available based on individual performance.
