The Role: The HR Generalist, TSG provides hands-on HR support to Pentagon Technologies’ Technical Services Group (TSG). This position works closely with the TSG Operations Director, Vice President, managers, supervisors, and employees to support employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, HR administration, compliance, and employee engagement. The HR Generalist serves as a trusted and accessible resource for employees and leaders while helping maintain a positive, accountable, and professional work environment. This is an onsite role based in our Chandler, AZ office, with some travel expected (up to 25%) as business needs require. Duties/Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day HR support to TSG leaders, supervisors, and employees. Support employee relations matters, investigations, conflict resolution, and performance issues. Support performance reviews, employee development, recognition, and retention efforts. Assist with benefits, HR policies, and employee questions. Maintain accurate employee records and HR information systems. Support compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices. Help identify and address employees and workplace concerns in a timely manner. Provide HR support across TSG offices, project sites, and field operations. Partner with Corporate HR, Operations, Finance, and Safety on HR-related needs. Assist with HR reporting, audits, documentation, and process improvements. Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive employee matters. Qualifications: Your Experiences, Skills, and Abilities: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field. 3–5+ years of progressive HR experience. Experience with employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and HR administration. Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build positive relationships with employees and leaders at all levels. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Preferred Qualifications: SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification. Experience supporting multi-site, field, or project-based teams. Experience in technical services, construction, manufacturing, semiconductor, data center, or similar environments.
