HR & Recruiting Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Human Resources Professional to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, people interaction, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. What You’ll Do: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: posting jobs, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires Process new hire paperwork, verify employment eligibility, and maintain accurate personnel files Review, update, and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and support company culture Serve as the point of contact for HR-related questions and support both employees and management with day-to-day needs Partner with leadership to improve hiring practices and employee experience Skills & Requirements: 2+ years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to recruiting and onboarding Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office A proactive, approachable, and dependable attitude Supportive and collaborative team culture Opportunities to grow and take ownership of key HR initiatives Competitive pay and benefits package If you’re passionate about people, process, and policy — we’d love to meet you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
