Real Estate Paralegal

Job Description: We are a well-established real estate law firm in Goshen, NY, seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with preparing files for closing, drafting contracts and closing statements, and providing administrative support to the head of the department throughout the transaction process. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and organize closing files, ensuring all necessary documents are accurate and complete. Draft and review contracts, closing statements and other legal documents. Communicate with clients, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction. Assist the attorney and department head in all phases of real estate closings. Manage deadlines and maintain organized records of transactions. Qualifications: Prior experience as a real estate paralegal (2+ years) or in a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
