We have partnered with a nationally recognized specialty retailer headquartered in South Florida. With over 25 years in operation and a collaborative, business-casual culture, this company is in the middle of one of the most exciting growth runs in its history, with 20-30 new store openings planned for this year and 70 more on deck for next year across 36 states. Their Real Estate team is expanding to support that growth, and they need the right person to grow alongside them. The Opportunity This is a newly critical role sitting within the Real Estate Department and reporting to the Director of Real Estate. The right candidate will be instrumental in keeping the company's expansion running smoothly, handling the lease administration and documentation infrastructure that supports every new store opening. This is an on-site position in Miramar, FL, with one remote day per week available after the initial onboarding period. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain lease data in Tango lease-management software, including new leases, expiration dates, and renewal timelines Prepare contract abstracts, lease reports, and renewal financial comparisons Coordinate new prospective location reports and communicate site details to field leadership Provide key lease information to Accounting, Finance, Construction, and Merchandising following new deal approvals Support weekly Real Estate Update meetings and monthly Board of Directors materials File insurance claims, gather required documentation, and track reimbursements Organize and maintain property files, contracts, and lease documents What They Are Looking For Bachelor's degree required Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial real estate, ideally with retail lease exposure Hands-on experience with Tango lease-management software required Strong understanding of retail lease terms and structures Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills preferred Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Collaborative personality with a self-starter mentality and willingness to wear multiple hats If your background includes commercial real estate or retail lease administration, we want to hear from you.
