Regional Sales Manager - Southwest - (Remote)

Description “Sev Rend” Corporation is a leading manufacturer of flexible retail packaging and sustainable materials. We are seeking to fill in a Regional Sales Manager Role for the Southwest Region. If you are a dynamic and results-driven B2B sales professional in the Southwest with experience in Sales, Produce, Packaging, Retail CPG, we need you. The perfect candidate is a sales professional with 4-6 years of B2B sales experience in the Produce Industry who excels at finding and closing business while delivering exceptional account management with existing customers. This position is ideal for those who are seeking a change to a family-owned US based manufacturer and want to grow in their sales career. Continually grow profitable sales and consistently obtain budgetary targets.

• Establish new business partnerships with potential customers through cold calling, provided leads, networking and referrals.
• Create a pipeline of qualified opportunities and develop written strategies to move the opportunities through the sales cycle to closing.
• Continually establish penetration opportunities within active business to maximize product lines with existing customers.
• Provide accurate and timely price quotations to customers and prospects.
• Daily/Monthly updating and maintaining of CRM and HubSpot systems.
• Participate in annual budgeting process by providing territory sales forecasts and budgeted expenses. Visit customers as required.
• Traveling up to 50%, including trade shows.
• Provide communication to company about market information, economic conditions, product suitability, process improvements, new trends, processes, and quality improvements.
• Utilize internet and social media platforms to drive profitable growth, gain new contacts and drive brand recognition.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred but not required.
• 4–6 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in Produce, packaging, or a related industry.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive regional growth.
• Highly organized with strong time management and territory planning skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, HubSpot and Microsoft Office Suite
• Desire to grow in sales excellence.
