RETAIL SALES AND DESIGN CONSULTANT

Location: Brooklyn, NY (Full-Time, On-Site)
Salary: $52,500 - $100,000 per year (Base Salary + Sliding Commission Scale)

JOB SUMMARY
Our client is a high-end kitchen and bath showroom that delivers a comprehensive shopping experience. They are seeking a Retail Sales and Design Consultant who can provide exceptional customer service while offering expert design guidance and sales support. This individual should be energetic, personable, passionate about kitchen and bath design, and experienced in professional sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and gross margin goals.
• Follow up on incoming leads and develop new business opportunities.
• Manage projects from the initial consultation through project completion.
• Maintain strong attention to detail while working in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Undergraduate degree, trade school, or design school education preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience with a history of exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
