Desired Qualifications:

• Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families
• Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions tailored to student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Assess student abilities and recommend adaptive strategies or modifications to optimize learning participation
• Monitor progress, maintaining clear and timely documentation per school standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update student goals
• Deliver consultative support to educators and caregivers, integrating therapy strategies into classroom routines
• Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insights and recommendations for student development
