Wir suchen für ein 4 Sterne Markenhotel in Berlin einen Resident Manager Ihre Aufgaben: Strategische, organisatorische und operative Gesamtverantwortung der Roomsdivision Entwicklung Organisation und Optimierung der Rezeptions- und Reservierungsabläufe Administrative Führung und Motivation des Rezeptions- und Reservierungsteam Analyse relevanter Kennzahlen wie Belegung, ADR und RevPAR zur Umsatzoptimierung durch aktives Revenue- und Channel-Management Budgetplanung und Kostenmanagement zur Optimierung der Wirtschaftlichkeit Professionelles Feedback Management zur Verbesserung der Guest Experience Verantwortung Personaleinsatz- und Urlaubsplanung Förderung der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit zwischen Housekeeping, Front Office, Technik, F&B und externen Dienstleistern Aktive Führung bereichsübergreifenden Projekten; als Teil der Direktion; zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung des Hotels Ihr Profil: Gastgeber aus Leidenschaft Kommunikative und führungsstarke Persönlichkeit Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotelfach oder Studium im Bereich Hospitality Management Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Führungsposition in der Konzernhotellerie Moderner Führungsstil - Teammotivator und Entwickler Sehr gutes OPERA Cloud Handling zwingend erforderlich - Ideas Revenue- Management Kenntnisse von Vorteil Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Sehr gute Sprach- und Schriftkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, Französisch ein Plus Das Hotel bietet: Eine verantwortungsvolle Führungsposition mit Gestaltungsspielraum Einen unbefristeten Arbeitsvertrag in Vollzeit Ein attraktives Gehaltspaket Weiterbildungs- und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten Attraktives Gehaltspacket mit diversen Benefits Vorteile der internationalen Kettenhotellerie Arbeiten in einem dynamischen, renommierten Hotelbetrieb Aufstiegsmöglichkeit Gehalt: ab 48.000,00€ pro Jahr Arbeitsort: Vor Ort #J-18808-Ljbffr Der Hotelberater²
