Pricing Analyst

Join a fast-paced distribution and product environment where you will support pricing and product research across a large portfolio. This role works closely with sales and marketing teams to organize market intelligence, maintain product comparison data, and help ensure accurate information is available for business decisions. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large amounts of data. RESPONSIBILITIES Research market pricing and organize findings for internal sales and marketing teams. Match and cross-reference industry part numbers with internal product numbers. Build and maintain pricing, product interchange, and comparison files in Excel. Enter, update, and maintain product and pricing information within an ERP system. Convert information from physical catalogs and reference materials into organized digital records. Communicate findings clearly and help keep product data accurate, current, and accessible. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma required; college coursework, current enrollment, or a completed degree preferred. Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. Comfort working with ERP systems and structured business data. Strong written and verbal communication skills with good listening and critical-thinking ability. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and stay organized in a fast-moving environment. Flexible, open-minded approach with willingness to learn new processes and take on changing priorities.
