Senior Pricing Manager

Soni is partnering with a growing organization seeking an experienced Pricing Manager to support pricing, contracting, and related commercial activities.

This person will work closely with internal teams to ensure pricing is accurate, processes are efficient, and key initiatives continue moving forward. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership with limited direction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day pricing and contracting activities

• Review pricing for accuracy and consistency

• Support customer agreements, bids, and related documentation

• Analyze pricing trends and provide recommendations

• Partner with Finance, Sales, Legal, and other internal teams

• Maintain processes, controls, and documentation

• Help identify and implement process improvements

• Provide guidance and support to junior team members

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant pricing, contracting, or commercial experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Strong Excel skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities

• Strong communication and follow-through

• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership

Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
