MARKET MANAGER - Remote

The Market Manager leads market development, sales support, customer engagement, and marketing strategy for products across North America. The role connects customers with sales, technical, R&D, marketing, manufacturing, and global teams to drive business growth, product development, competitive positioning, and profitability. Ability to travel up to 50%, including Europe and Asia. Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Power Query, SAP, PowerPoint, and Word. Candidate can be remote. Based in the Southeast is a plus. Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities and grow existing customer accounts Provide technical and commercial support to customers Understand and analyze fibers, textiles, ropes, tethers, cables, and manufacturing processes Identify market trends, customer needs, competitive products, and new applications Support new fiber and technical-product development Lead sales forecasting, business planning, budgeting, and inventory planning Develop and manage multi-year pricing strategies and customer proposals Develop marketing strategies, promotional programs, and customer campaigns Analyze competitive products, customer processes, and market data Collaborate with North American and international technical and business teams Participate in relevant industry standards organizations Contribute to technical publications, white papers, presentations, and intellectual property Qualifications BS in Engineering or a related technical field 5+ years of experience in technical sales, marketing, market development, or business development Experience with technical fibers, textiles, specialty materials, or related industries Strong technical, analytical, communication, and business skills Knowledge of pricing, forecasting, financial planning, contracts, and marketing All Candidates must be able to provide work related references. #J-18808-Ljbffr Rush & Company
