Own lifecycle marketing strategy across the entire user journey, from onboarding to retention and win-back. Manage and improve email programs: onboarding, nurture, retention, win-back, newsletter, and promotional. Increase free-to-paid conversion with timely, relevant, and motivating communications. Requirements: 5+ years of lifecycle marketing experience in a product-led growth environment. Strong understanding of B2B behavior and buying cycles. Analytical skills with experience using quantitative and qualitative data to optimize campaigns. Fully remote work environment. Annual gross compensation of $84,000–$97,000. Five weeks of paid vacation, co-working membership, and home-office setup. Twice-yearly company retreats in Europe.
