What You’ll Be DoingAs a Front Desk Agent, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and checking in guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Managing reservations and room assignments efficiently.
- Handling guest inquiries and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Assisting with other front desk duties to keep operations running smoothly.
We’re seeking someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented.
- Organized and detail-focused, with the ability to multitask.
- A strong communicator, both in person and over the phone.
- Comfortable using basic computer systems for reservations and payments.
- Prior experience in hospitality is not required—just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to learn!
