Position Summary

As a Lamination Operator in our Coating Department, you’ll be a vital part of the production team—supporting machine operators, handling materials, and helping maintain quality standards throughout the coating process. This is a dynamic, physical role where no two days look exactly the same.

What You’ll Do

• Load and unload rolls on coating equipment, preparing materials for production and finishing
• Assist operators in monitoring product quality, including edge trim, color consistency, and width specifications
• Prepare materials for upcoming jobs, including gathering cores and resin as needed
• Support changeovers by handling rolls, adjusting equipment, and ensuring supplies are ready
• Perform measurements and adjustments to meet product specifications
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Track production details and complete basic recordkeeping
• Help keep supplies stocked so production never slows down
• Assist with quality checks and contribute to continuous improvement
• Step in to support the team during breaks or absences

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly
• Comfort working in a hands‑on, manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team
