Human Resources (HR) Manager (737 Program) Location: Renton, WA or Seattle, WA . This role leads the dynamic, inclusive HR team shaping the future of HR at Boeing. Position Responsibilities Lead the 737 Program HR team to deliver real-time engagement and solutions with the business, fostering a culture where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery. Mentor and coach HR team members to enhance skills, performance, and career growth. Set clear goals and expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback. Ensure HR processes are executed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Maintain open, transparent, and timely communication within the team and with other departments to promote a positive work environment. Encourage and support team members to identify challenges and develop effective solutions. Allocate workload and resources effectively to meet team and organizational objectives. Support the delivery of key HR processes (staffing, performance support, employee engagement, talent management, leadership development, etc.). Use HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand the effectiveness of support provided. Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies while promoting accountability and trust. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) 5+ years of experience working in Human Resources. 5+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, and managing/reporting high-level projects for executives or senior leadership. 5+ years of experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions. At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temporary manager, large-scale cross-functional project/program management, or formal manager), or completion of Boeing’s internal course “Exploring Leadership.” Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) Bachelor’s degree or higher. Human Resources certification. 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role. Experience as an HR Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). Eligible employees may enroll in various benefit programs, including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and paid/unpaid time away from work. Pay is based on experience, qualifications, market, and business considerations. Summary pay range: $127,500 - $172,500. Export Control Requirements This US-based position requires the applicant to be a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62. Relocation Relocation may be offered based on candidate eligibility.
