Commercial Real Estate Paralegal (Senior) Location: New York, NY (Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 remote) Billables: 1600 hours Overview A leading international law firm is seeking a Senior Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support complex, high-value transactions. Key Responsibilities Support attorneys through all phases of commercial real estate transactions (acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, finance) Review and analyze title commitments, surveys, and due diligence materials Draft transaction documents including purchase agreements, loan documents, and closing materials Prepare title and survey objection letters and track resolutions Coordinate multi-party closings, including checklists, execution packages, and closing binders Liaise directly with clients, lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel Form and maintain legal entities (LLCs, corporations, partnerships) Qualifications 7-10+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience (law firm required) Strong background in title & survey review (required) Experience managing complex, multi-state closings (required) Excellent communication skills and proactive stakeholder management Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Ideal Candidate Big law experience preferred Strong communicator who keeps attorneys and stakeholders informed Self-starter with strong ownership, judgment, and ability to anticipate deal needs Equal Opportunity Employer Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
