Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual obligations, and quality standards. Drive construction planning and sequencing activities to achieve key milestones. What You Will Need Significant experience leading large-scale data center, mission-critical, or complex commercial construction projects. Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects and project teams. Strong understanding of construction delivery, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls. Experience overseeing subcontractors, consultants, and vendor relationships. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to operate effectively within fast-paced and highly technical environments. Strong focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence. Highly Desirable Data center campus delivery experience. Mission-critical construction expertise. Experience leading regional or multi-site construction programs.
