Job Description Preferred: At least 4 years of experience in.NET Skills (C# - WPF/Silverlight) or JAVA. At least 4 years experience with ESRI ArcGIS Suite – ArcGIS for Desktop (ArcMap), ArcGIS for Server (ArcObjects Programming, ArcGIS JavaScript API), ArcGIS for Mobile (ArcPad), FME (FME Scripts) and Oracle Spatial. At least 2 years of experience in Java Script, Python, Ajax, Dojo, JQuery. At least 2 years of experience in GE Smallworld, MapInfo and Bentley Suite of GIS products. At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle. At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects. At least 2 years of experience in Design and architecture review. Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment. Experience to GIS domain. Analytical. Qualifications Basic: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
