Start Date: 11/9/26 Expected Duration: Ongoing Coverage Needed: Full-time, 4 weeks per month

Coverage & Setting:

• Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic
• On-site 2 days per week; specific days TBD
• Assignment is shared with an additional location in Medford
• Preference for a provider who can cover both locations
• Multiple providers will be considered
• No inpatient coverage required
• No call
• No APC supervision required
• Inpatient cases are referred to tertiary care

Schedule:

• 2 days per week: 8:00 a.m.4:30 p.m.
• Lunch period included

Patient Volume & Clinical Scope:

• Approximately 1516 patients per day
• New patient consultations and follow-up visits
• Oversight of treatment
• No procedures required

Practice Details & Systems:

• Stroke-certified hospital
• EMR: Epic

Requirements:

• Board Certified Hematology/Oncology Required
• Active Wisconsin license
• IMLC accepted
• BLS Required
