Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students through expert speech-language pathology services. This full-time position offers 37.5 hours per week, starting as soon as possible and extending through June 2, 2027. You'll collaborate with fellow educators and families to empower approximately 45 students, providing personalized care in a supportive school environment.

Applicants should possess active certification and licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience with elementary-aged children is essential, and familiarity with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices will be viewed as an asset, though not required. Flexibility is built into this role, with options available for onsite or hybrid service delivery depending on the needs of the students and your professional preferences.

Key qualifications and desired experience:

• Valid SLP licensure and certification for schools
• Previous experience working with elementary-aged children
• Comfortable managing a caseload of approximately 45 students
• Knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and progress monitoring
• AAC experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing intervention plans for students with speech and language needs
• Delivering direct and consultative therapy services within the elementary setting
• Maintaining accurate documentation and tracking student progress
• Collaborating with teachers, families, and other school team members
