This contract opportunity is available for a dedicated professional ready to work full-time, supporting approximately 45 students through individualized and group therapy sessions. Experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) is a definite plus, though not required for consideration. Qualifications:

• Active and current SLP license and certification
• Experience working within elementary school settings preferred
• Familiarity with school-based caseloads and IEP processes
• Comfortable managing a caseload of approximately 45 students
• Ability to provide high-quality therapy both in-person and, potentially, remotely
• AAC experience is advantageous, but not mandatory
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students on an individual and group basis
• Assess, identify, and document student needs and progress
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to ensure student success
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and district protocols
• Participate in IEP meetings and development of treatment plans
• Adapt therapy approaches for hybrid or onsite service delivery as needed
