Responsibilities include: Assisting with personal care and activities of daily living Providing medication reminders Preparing simple meals Performing light housekeeping Offering companionship and emotional support Helping maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment REQUIREMENTS Valid NYS HHA Certificate Minimum 1 year of HHA experience Authorized to work in the United States Current medical documentation, including: Physical examination PPD/QuantiFERON or Chest X-ray MMR documentation Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred WHY JOIN AFFIRMED HOME CARE?
