Overview Registered Nurse – Telemetry (Tele) needed for a travel assignment in Simi Valley, California. The position starts on 06/22/2026 for 13 weeks, with a 36-hour work week comprised of three 12-hour night shifts. Compensation ranges from $1,783 to $1,934 per week. You’ll deliver coordinated nursing care in a hospital-type acute care setting and work within an interdisciplinary team, guiding care with clinical judgment and supervisory discretion. Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinate care with other disciplines. Utilize critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment to optimize patient outcomes. Administer medications and treatments per orders, monitor patient status, and document accurately. Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and ancillary staff to develop and adjust care plans; contribute to discharge planning. Provide patient and family education, support, and continuity of care through transitions. Requirements Active RN license (state-specific licensure suitable for California assignment) or equivalent eligibility. Minimum 1 year of RN clinical experience in an acute care or telemetry setting; telemetry familiarity preferred. Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and maintain flexibility with a 36-hour work week. Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and communication skills; capable of working within a multidisciplinary team. Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain per employer requirements; commitment to patient safety and evidence-based practice.
