Tech Stack: Microsoft Excel What You’ll Actually Do Journal Entries: Prepare and accurately record journal entries into the accounting system to maintain precise and up-to-date financial records. Accounts Receivable: Support all aspects of accounts receivable processes, including the timely and accurate recording of revenue and monitoring incoming funds. Reconciliations: Conduct thorough reconciliations of various balance sheet accounts on a regular basis, specifically including cash and receivables, to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Month‑End Close: Provide essential assistance with both month‑end and year‑end close activities, contributing to the timely completion of financial statements. Audit Support: Actively support audit preparation by gathering necessary documentation and information, and fulfill financial reporting needs as required. The Must-Haves Background: An Associate’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field is the minimum educational requirement for this Entry‑Level career stage position. Experience: 1–3 years of accounting experience is preferred, indicating a need for foundational practical knowledge in accounting principles and practices. Skills: Possess strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks, maintain a high attention to detail and accuracy in all financial documentation, and exhibit the ability to effectively manage deadlines across multiple priorities.
