Human Resources Business PartnerAs a critical strategic partner, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) aligns HR initiatives with organizational objectives to drive business results. In this role, you will advise leaders and employees, cultivate a high-performance culture, and champion talent development.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with minimal supervision. Reporting directly to the HQ-based HR Director, this position delivers HR leadership across two manufacturing facilities, including the Fontaine Modification Company corporate headquarters.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partnership & Organizational DesignStrategic Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations on people-related challenges and initiatives.Business Alignment: Partner with leadership to design and execute HR strategies that directly support business objectives and optimize performance.Change Management: Act as a change agent, driving, supporting, and managing organizational change initiatives.Talent Management & CultureLeadership Coaching: Advise and coach managers on performance management, career development, and employee relations.Culture & Inclusion: Promote a positive, inclusive, and equitable work environment, acting as a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).Talent Pipeline: Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to identify, attract, and integrate top-tier talent to meet current and future business needs.Training & Development: Design and facilitate targeted training and development programs to elevate workforce capabilities and skills.HR Operations & ComplianceHR Analytics: Analyze key HR metrics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.Compliance & Governance: Ensure strict alignment and compliance with all company policies, procedures, and relevant employment laws.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within manufacturing.
