Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and design tailored therapy interventions to help them meet their functional objectives

Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply best practices based on evidence to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and everyday tasks

Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work together with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide comprehensive patient care

Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families on therapy strategies to reinforce progress at home

Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment to ensure patients stay on track

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

Continued education or advanced certifications welcomed and financially supported

Valid and active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must

A genuine passion for aiding others and a strong desire to help them attain their greatest level of independence

Empathetic and clear communication skills with both patients and colleagues
