You will work hybrid (3 days onsite) supporting clients and collaborating with the team across the Scottsdale/Chandler area. Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team Lead and manage audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through completion Apply GAAP and prepare financial statement presentations Research and analyze financial data and audit-related issues Build trusted client relationships and provide actionable recommendations Supervise, train, and mentor team members on audit processes Develop understanding of each client’s business operations Support additional accounting services as needed Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role 3-4 years of audit experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting CPA or eligibility for CPA is a plus Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Willingness to travel locally within the Phoenix metro area Pay Range $86,000.00 - $95,000.00 Annually Ready to Make Your Mark?
