Customer Service Representative

PrideStaff is looking for a CSR

Serve as the main point of contact for all customer claims, including product, shipping, pricing, and order discrepancies

Own the end-to-end claims process, from intake through resolution and closure

Validate claim accuracy using order history, shipment data, and supporting documentation

Communicate professionally with customers regarding claim status, expectations, and outcomes

Ensure timely resolution of claims in alignment with company policies and service standards

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all claims within the system

Assist with initial order entry in OCR system(ESKER), ensuring accuracy in pricing, product selection, and shipping details

Process EDI orders, validating data integrity and resolving discrepancies as needed

Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and service agreements

Serve as part of the front-line phone queue, handling inbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner

Answer customer inquiries related to order status, tracking, and freight costs

Triage and route account related questions appropriately while maintaining ownership of customer experience

Ensure timely follow-up and resolution for all customer interactions

Maintain and update CRM system data in Salesforce including customer records, contact information, and account notes

Document customer interactions, claim details, and key communications accurately within CRM and ERP systems, as requested by Customer Service Manager

Support data clean-up initiatives and ensure consistency across systems as requested/required

Assist with reporting or data pulls as needed to support customer service and claims tracking

Qualifications

25 years of experience in customer service, order management, or claims processing (manufacturing environment preferred)

Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and EDI order processing

Familiarity with CRM systems and data management

Strong problem-solving and investigative skills

High attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $25.00
