What you'll do:

* Own *full-cycle recruiting* across multiple openings (100+ reqs shared across team)
* Drive sourcing strategy + pipeline top-tier talent
* Partner with hiring managers AND hold them accountable to move fast
* Manage interviews, offers, and candidate experience end-to-end
* Leverage Workday + sourcing tools to stay ahead of the market
What we're looking for:

* 3+ years of *corporate full-cycle recruiting*
* *Strong communicator who can push process + influence stakeholders*
* *Experience managing high-volume req loads*
* *Workday or similar ATS experience*

*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Moorpark, CA.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
