Experienced Tax Preparer

We are seeking an experienced Tax Preparer to join our team on a seasonal or part-time basis. This position requires hands-on experience preparing complex individual and corporate tax returns.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review complex individual tax returns

Prepare corporate and partnership tax returns, including Forms 1120, 1120-S, and 1065

Review financial documents and identify missing or inconsistent information

Communicate with clients regarding tax questions and required documentation

Research tax issues and apply current federal and state tax laws

Meet filing deadlines while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality

Requirements

Prior professional tax preparation experience is required

Experience with both complex individual and business tax returns

Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations

Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Professional communication and client-service skills

CPA or Enrolled Agent credentials are preferred but not required.

This is a seasonal or part-time position with the potential for continued work based on performance and business needs.
