Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that utilize both traditional and innovative therapeutic methodologies to address specific client needs.

• Conduct both virtual and, when necessary, in-person counseling sessions, adapting to the unique dynamics of individuals, couples, families, or groups.
\n
• Employ evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies, to facilitate positive mental health outcomes.

• Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to continually enhance therapeutic skills and maintain updated knowledge of current mental health research and practices.

• Ensure all interactions and documentation adhere to confidentiality standards, ethical guidelines, and best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The mental health therapist will engage with a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and adjustment challenges. You will work closely with patients facing chronic health conditions and their caregivers, providing the psychosocial support necessary for coping and resilience. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Must possess an active license in the state of Washington as either a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• No history of medical malpractice claims, verified by a third party.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually , contingent on experience and client caseload.
