Flexible PRN Emergency Medicine Physician Coverage in Eastern Arkansas - ASAP Start Dates

Hello, I'm hopeful you or a colleague may be open to considering a stable, Emergency Medicine Physician Coverage arrangement in the state of Arkansas?

Candidates we're seeking: Flexible PRN fill-in, consistent part-time and full-time/long-term interests.

+We can really use PM-Night Shift help the most, but can consider days or nights.

Start Date: ASAP - Start picking up shifts in the next 30 days!

ED Volume: Around 17,500 visits/year.

Where: Eastern/Central Arkansas.

-within 1-2 hours of Memphis TN or Little Rock AR.

Daily Coverage: 24hr Physician Coverage (12hr shifts) + 10hr NP/PA coverage.

Work-Loads: Reasonable, around 1.4-1.5 patients per hour avg.

EMR: Medhost.

10 Bed ED.

Credentialing: Quick, 1 month or less.

Our privately managed/staffed facilities can provide you with a very stable, long-term coverage arrangement.

1099 based, but not like a traditional locums position (that can be here today & gone tomorrow).

I can also offer someone a 3 month, 6 month or 12+ month guaranteed contract for added coverage security/stability.

Seeking Arkansas licensed physicians with relevant EM experience who can drive into the area, no flights.

We provide competitive hourly pay, direct deposit, consistent or flexible scheduling & full med-mal insurance with tail.
