Exciting Opportunity for a Part-Time Otolaryngology Attending
Our organization, in collaboration with a prominent healthcare system, is seeking a dedicated part-time Otolaryngology Attending. This role involves providing a comprehensive range of general and specialized outpatient and surgical care.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a full spectrum of outpatient and surgical services in Otolaryngology.
- Assist in overseeing advanced practice providers and resident physicians.
- Participate in on-call duties as required.
- Engage in program development and operational improvements, with a focus on health equity.
Our department is supported by six physician assistants and an ambulatory nurse practitioner, facilitating both inpatient and outpatient care. The facility is conveniently located and accessible via public transportation and car from various regions, including New York City, New Jersey, and Long Island.
Qualifications- Must possess an MD degree and be Board Certified.
- Hold a valid New York State License, DEA, and Medicaid number.
- Demonstrate strong clinical skills, teaching experience, and effective communication abilities.
- Prior experience in management or leadership roles, particularly within academic medical centers or public health systems, is preferred.
