Job Opportunity: Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery Physicians

We are a dynamic otolaryngology and head and neck surgery group located in the New York and New Jersey area, currently expanding our team to include two new attending physicians. Our practice is dedicated to delivering comprehensive care in both adult and pediatric otolaryngology, encompassing a wide range of services such as general ENT, sinus and nasal surgery, facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, head and neck surgery, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, sleep surgery, allergy treatments, and various office-based procedures.

With multiple locations in Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, and New Jersey, we cater to a diverse patient demographic throughout the greater New York metropolitan area. Our organization collaborates with regional medical centers, enabling our physicians to provide both outpatient and surgical care in a well-supported clinical setting. As we continue to grow, we are eager to welcome new talent to our team.

• Fellowship-trained candidates are highly encouraged to apply, particularly those interested in developing a focused or tertiary-level practice.
• We are especially interested in individuals with expertise in subspecialties such as otology, head and neck cancer surgery, and pediatric otolaryngology.
• While fellowship training is valued, it is not a strict requirement.

• Evaluate and manage patients in an outpatient setting.
• Perform office-based diagnostic and procedural care.
• Develop and maintain a surgical practice.
• Participate in hospital or ambulatory surgery center coverage.
• Collaborate with other specialists and referring physicians.
• Engage in program development, clinical protocols, quality improvement, teaching, and practice growth initiatives based on individual interests and experience.

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of an accredited residency program in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery.
• Board certification or eligibility in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in New York and/or New Jersey.
• New York medical license is required or the ability to obtain it before starting.
• New Jersey medical license is preferred or the ability to obtain it, depending on practice location.
• Fellowship training is welcomed but not mandatory.
• Strong clinical judgment and capability to manage a wide array of general ENT conditions.
• Desire to build an outpatient and surgical practice.
• Excellent communication skills with patients, families, colleagues, and referring physicians.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, ethical, and high-quality patient care.
• Able to work collaboratively within a growing physician-led organization.
• Eligibility for hospital credentialing and medical staff appointment at affiliated regional medical centers.
• DEA registration and controlled substance registration as applicable.
• Professional liability insurability and good standing with previous employers, training programs, and licensing boards.
