Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill neonatal patients in a Level IV/Surgical NICU setting
• Manage and monitor patients with complex diagnoses including CDH, MAS, NEC, TEF/EA, abdominal wall defects, BPD, and pulmonary hypertension
• Deliver pre-operative, peri-operative, and post-operative nursing care for surgical neonatal patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Assess, document, and communicate changes in patient condition in a timely and accurate manner

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required
• Experience in a Level IV or Surgical NICU environment
• Must pass drug screening and nicotine testing — no exceptions
• Current influenza vaccine required — no exceptions

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification preferred
• Experience managing complex neonatal surgical diagnoses and post-operative care
