About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Corporate Security, Risk, and Resilience to lead the safeguarding of its digital data, physical assets, and business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies in cybersecurity, physical security, crisis management, and business continuity to minimize threats. This executive role involves enterprise risk management, directing security architecture frameworks, leading resilience and continuity planning, and managing incident and crisis response. The VP will also serve as the Information Systems Security Manager, oversee insider threat program management, and guide the development of security training programs and policies. Applicants for the VP position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a technical security area, a minimum of 15 years' of relevant experience, and a deep understanding of security frameworks. The role requires a proven ability to manage large global programs, influence security strategy, and work with stakeholders across the organization. While not mandatory, a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification is preferred. The ideal candidate will have an active Top-Secret security clearance and a strong background in conducting complex security investigations, including those related to insider threats, criminal activities, and cyber matters.
