Research Assistant, School of Public Health, Department of Health, Law, Policy and Management Job Location: Boston, MA Salary Grade: $18.00-$28.00 The Research Assistant (RA) will work on clinical research studies funded by the National Institutes of Health, primarily focusing on substance use disorder. The role includes observational cohort studies and randomized controlled trials. Responsibilities Screen, recruit, enroll and interview research participants to collect study data. Track participants over time and conduct follow‑up interviews and data collection. Assist with the development of protocols, standard operating procedures, reports, forms and assessments. Perform data entry and quality control procedures for ongoing research. Provide administrative support to the study team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, circulating minutes, and filing study‑related documents. Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 1‑3 years of related experience. Strong interest in issues surrounding alcohol and other drug use. Desire to work with populations impacted by substance use.
