We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Entry-Level Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to launch a career in sales, client relations, or business development.AHA's Entry-Level Account Manager will support existing client accounts, assist with customer needs, and help develop long-term business relationships. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience while identifying opportunities for growth.· Build and maintain positive relationships with assigned client accounts· Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests· Assist clients with account setup, service questions, and issue resolution· Conduct regular follow-up communications to ensure client satisfaction· Support sales initiatives and identify opportunities to expand services· Maintain accurate customer records and account activity in CRM systems· Collaborate with operations, customer service, and management teams· Prepare reports, presentations, and client communications as needed· Bachelor's degree is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered· Strong communication and interpersonal skills· 1-2 years of previous sales experience preferred· Valid state-issued Driver License; clean driving record for the past five years, plus own reliable transportation· Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel); ability to learn proprietary software and new software as it is installed/developed· Excellent customer service mindset· Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks· Willingness to learn and develop professional sales and account management skills· Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus· Competitive salary· Bonus and incentive opportunities· Comprehensive benefits package· Paid time off and holidays· Professional training and career development· Opportunities for advancement within the organizationYou are a motivated self-starter who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and finding ways to help clients succeed.
