Position Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Hot Side Commercial Kitchen Service Technician with CFESA certification to join our team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial cooking equipment for high-volume foodservice operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with major OEM brands and a strong background servicing QSR environments, with Chick-fil-A experience strongly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hot side commercial kitchen equipment in the fieldPerform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and uptimeSupport and service key equipment including:Fryers, ovens, grills, holding cabinets, and specialty equipmentAccurately document service calls, parts usage, and labor in service management systemCommunicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and internal teamsMaintain a high level of professionalism while working in customer-facing environmentsAdhere to all safety standards and company policiesParticipate in ongoing OEM and technical trainingRequired QualificationsCFESA Certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)Minimum 3–5 years experience servicing hot-side kitchen equipmentStrong mechanical, electrical, and gas troubleshooting skillsAbility to read wiring diagrams and schematicsValid driver’s license with acceptable driving recordAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentStrong customer service and communication skillsPreferred Experience / Brand ExpertiseHands-on experience servicing the following manufacturers is highly desired:GarlandHenny PennyAlto-ShaamAJ Antunes (Roundup)Traulsen (including Thaw Cabinets)Industry ExperienceChick-fil-A service experience strongly preferredExperience working with national chain accounts and QSR operations is a plusPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 75 lbsAbility to bend, kneel, and work in tight spacesCapable of working in hot kitchen environmentsWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experienceCompany vehicle (if applicable)Ongoing OEM training and certification supportCareer advancement opportunitiesBenefits package (medical, dental, vision, PTO, etc.)Why Join UsJoin a growing service organization focused on quality, speed, and technical excellence supporting premier foodservice brands.
