What You’ll Do Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Clinical Supervisors. Develop individualized treatment plans that empower clients and families. Collaborate with a team of passionate clinicians. Deliver meaningful parent training and support. Stay hands‑on with client care while shaping the next generation of ABA professionals. Role Requirements Active BCBA certification. Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field. Passion for mentoring, learning, and collaboration. Strong communication skills and a heart for making a difference. Open to newly certified BCBAs and experienced supervisors. Compensation Transparency We offer competitive and equitable pay. The posted salary range reflects the California market and may vary depending on experience, skills, and location. Final compensation is tailored to each candidate, with adjustments for high‑demand regions such as Metro Los Angeles.
