Together, we're improving health and improving lives.Labcorp is seeking a Reference Test Clerk to join our team in Dublin, OH.Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 11:30pm - 8:00am (rotating weekends).Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare laboratory specimens for various analysis and testingResearch, troubleshoot and resolve customer and specimen problemsSend test requests to proper location and release test resultsAssist clients with any specimen related requests or inquiriesProcess specimens to be sent out to additional facilitiesProvide support to various areas of the laboratoryPerform sample sorting, racking and retrievingPrepare record logs in a timely and efficient mannerMaintain a clean and safe work environmentMinimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentPreferred Qualifications3 months or more of specimen processing experience3 months or more of medical or laboratory experienceAdditional Job StandardsComfortability with handling biological specimensAbility to accurately identify specimensBasic computer knowledge and data entry skillsAbility to work independently and within a team environmentHigh level of attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitaskAbility to work in a fast paced production environment and meet established turn-around timesStrong communication skills; both written and verbalAbility to handle the physical requirements of the positionAble to pass a standardized color blindness testFlexibility to work overtime or other shifts depending on business needsAt Labcorp we have a passion for helping people live happy and healthy lives. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan. Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
