Position Summary: Lab Phlebotomist, Certified - PRN Orlando Health Schedule: PRN | Variable as Needed All Shifts Available No Set Schedule Are you a certified phlebotomist looking for flexibility and an opportunity to make a difference? What You'll Do:

• Perform blood specimen collection and phlebotomy procedures
• Insert peripheral IVs
• Coordinate specimen collection for inpatient and outpatient settings
• Assist with patient registration and billing requirements
• Process specimens and maintain laboratory supplies
• Perform bedside testing, including glucose testing
• Support outreach phlebotomy services
• Train staff and maintain quality standards
• Build positive relationships with patients, providers, and team members

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• CPR Certification
• Current Phlebotomy Certification (ASCP, NPA, ASPT, or equivalent accredited program)
• Ability to work flexible hours and various shifts
