Your Role - Key Responsibilities

• Conduct both routine and specialized clinical tests-including chemistry, hematology, and immunology-following established protocols meticulously.
• Ensure the accuracy of test outcomes, address any discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist with the collection of specimens and prepare samples for thorough testing as required.
• Document all laboratory procedures with precision, mentor new students or staff, and uphold stringent lab quality standards.
• Maintain a hygienic, safe workspace while complying with regulatory and accreditation mandates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Required Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your tenure.
