Description - Your Contributions

• Conduct routine and more complex clinical laboratory tests across various fields-chemistry, hematology, and immunology, following established procedures.
• Evaluate test results for accuracy, troubleshoot any technical issues, and carry out regular maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Thoroughly document all processes, assist in training new team members or students, and maintain laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a pristine, safe work environment while adhering to regulatory standards and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree, in addition to preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) required within the first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification as a condition of continued employment.
