Description - What You'll Do

• Conduct both routine and specialized laboratory tests encompassing chemistry, hematology, immunology, and much more, always following established protocols.
• Scrutinize test results for precision, identify and rectify discrepancies, and perform preventive maintenance and calibration on state-of-the-art laboratory instruments.
• Assist in the collection of specimens and properly prepare samples for a variety of tests as necessary.
• Keep meticulous records of all procedures, mentor new hires or students, and maintain the highest standards of laboratory quality.
• Uphold a pristine, secure workspace by following all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be secured within one year of starting.
• Ensure your certification remains valid throughout your tenure.
