Locations Albany, NY & Syracuse, NY Qualifications Current NY Bar admission J.D. degree from accredited law school The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of litigation or other relevant legal experience, including at least one year of labor and employment law experience Strong writing skills Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and promptly respond to client’s needs Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills Committed to legal profession and teamwork approach Excellent interpersonal and communication skills How to apply Click here to apply. The salary range for this Associate-level role is $110,000 – $155,000, which represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of potential compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s years of experience, qualifications, skill set, and office location. Associates may also be eligible for a performance-based annual bonus.
